Personal Reaction:  This book is a very thoughtful and thought provoking illustration of the Declaration of Human Rights. This is a good addition to social studies instruction as well as geography class.

Illustration: Each photograph has been carefully selected to accompany the words or poetry for each right.  There is an assortment of pictures from single human beings, families and dramatic scenes. 

Use of Media:  The National Geographic photographs  work well to illustrate the diversity and the emotions involved with the individual rights.
